We hope that by participating in this calendar's calls to action, you will discover the sense of gratification that is produced from acting kindly towards yourself, others, and the environment.

Smile to a few strangers and give them an honest compliment

Do the dishes, laundry, or another chore for your family without being asked first

Say "Thank You" to the janitors, custodians, waiters, essential workers, lunch ladies, or cashiers working tirelessly right now

Say “No” to store plastic bags when items are carryable or when reusable and paper bags are available

Make your favorite meal for yourself.
